He graduated from the Gazi University with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Drawing and Construction Education Department from Faculty of Technical Education in 2008. He completed his master's degree in Machine Education from Institute of Science at Gazi University in 2014. He started his professional life as a designer at "NA-CE Machine Industry" in 2010. He started working at TürkTraktör in 2011. After that, he worked as a Designer in the Department of Production Engineering for the first five years. In 2016, he transferred to the Human Resources Directorate. He is currently working as a Training and Project Development Process Leader. He has taught Machine Design and Lean Manufacturing courses as a lecturer at Hacettepe University since 2019. He has a thesis study, five scientific articles and five registered patent studies published so far. He has carried out many projects on the subject vocational education, educational technologies and disabled development with many NGOs and sector representatives such as the European Education Foundation (ETF), the German International Cooperation Organization (GIZ), the Turkish Confederation of the Deaf, the Turkish Confederation of Employer Associations (TİSK) and the Turkish Employers’ Association of Metal Industries (MESS). In addition, he has undertaken the responsibility of the Executive in the grant programs of institutions such as the European Commission, İŞKUR and the Development Agency.
